So much so, that we decided to employ his services in order to sell our apartment. Norman’s point of differentiation is that he has worked for a major bank as a mortgage broker so was able to assist us with the exact processes involved in selling and buying, as this was our first time.

The marketing plan Norman proposed worked perfectly as we had secured a deposit on our apartment within 3 weeks and Norman had negotiated a better price on the property we were buying.

This note is to provide you with some feedback regarding your team member Mr Mohamade Abedin . I recently approached your agency regarding the rental of a property on Pilgrim Avenue in Strathfield. I explained that I had decided to appoint a few agents on a non-exclusive agreement with the hope of increasing my chances of renting the property as quickly as possible. This was due to personal reasons and constraints at this particular time. Further to this approach Mr Abedin worked quickly and effectively in an attempt to find a tenant for this property. He was successful in finding some prospective tenants who submitted an application at an excellent price however, unfortunately the professional couple who applied for the property advised of their intention to later bring in some more people to share with them. This prompted my decision to reject the application in this instance. It was not an easy decision since the application which I decided to accept from another agency was an offer of $20 less per week from another couple - indeed less people staying there at any one time. This is to provide you with the background of this matter.

The purpose of this note is mainly to let you know that I have found Mr Abedin to be courteous, zealous, diligent in his work and indeed professional in his dealings with me. Should I ever decide to sell or rent this or another property, I will certainly keep Strathfield Partners in mind.

I would like to thank Strathfield Partners in their Endeavour as Strata Manager of the 159 Princes Hwy Complex.

I have recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property off Patrick Bortolotti, who went above and beyond his duties when helping me find the right property for my current lifestyle, but never lost sight of the fact that this is a potential investment for my future. No matter how many questions I asked, Patrick would make sure that they would be answered, even if it wasn’t directly on the spot, he would chase up the information and get back to me within a reasonable timeframe.

I originally had been looking at a 2 bedroom unit in the same complex a few months prior to purchasing my unit, however it became difficult to fund the deposit required for the 2-bedroom unit. It wasn’t until Patrick went out of his way to contact me (regularly) about the properties at 159 Princes Hwy that I decided to come back and re-examine what was available, which resulted in my purchasing of Unit 43. There were difficulties with insurance companies due to the nature of the building and accessing finances became another headache for me, which hindered the settlement process. If it wasn’t for Patrick, I could very well have lost that unit to another punter. He even made sure that all the incidentals were fixed, right down to the Venetian blinds.

Thankyou Patrick for your help and support in choosing my first property, and thankyou Strathfield Partners for your continued efforts as Strata Manager of the building. This is Adam Lancaster from Confeta in Marrickville.

I wanted to drop you a very quick email with some positive feedback about Con Lettieri. I am the Creative Director with Confeta. I relocated from Melbourne to Sydney for the business and have for the last 2 years leased a semi-converted warehouse space in Marrickville. I have now leased a house property through Strathfield Partners in Edinburgh Road, Marrickville which is far more suited to my long term needs - especially given that my business is in the next street and I can walk to work which is exceptionally convenient.

In the process of securing new premises, I spoke to any number of other property managers in the Marrickville area. All were dismissive on the telephone and disinterested in telling me about the properties they had for lease and were, in my opinion unprofessional in their approach. Suffice to say, a number of these properties are still being listed for lease and in fact some have been reduced in price by upwards of 10-15%. A very poor situation given the relatively tight rental market in the Sydney region. Even moreso given that one property in particular was as good if not slightly better than Edinburgh Road and it has been dropped in price after the first showing last Saturday and is still listed as vacant.

Con Lettieri was unusual in that he showed a great deal of professionalism and interest in me as a new client. He has gone above and beyond being helpful and has made the process of leasing through Strathfield a painless experience. Moreover, he didn’t make the mistake as the other property managers did in pre-judging me merely a “rental” client of no real worth. As I have explained to Con, the group I am involved in not only is the largest manufacturer of specialised paper bakery packaging products in Australia but are also professional property investors with a focus on commercial sites - shopping centres and hotels primarily with a small but growing residential list. I have told my group about my positive experience with Strathfield Partners.

I would be grateful if you would again express my thanks to Con for his assistance in helping me secure Edinburgh Road and for making the leasing process easy and simple. David in your office is also to be commended. He was there the day I signed the lease documents and was very thorough and professional as well.

We have completed renovations of our original home and as a result we will be vacating the premises on 30/06/2007 and we will be returning the keys and remote control of the garage. We were satisfied tremendously with the apartment and convenient location close to Bunnings, Cinemas, Telstra Stadium etc, the pool was worth it alone. The shopping village and the only Woolworths where you didn't have to spend half an hour looking for parking!
