I met Elie at open inspection. We conversated, and I mentioned that I wanted to sell my apartment in the near future. The next week, Elie gave me a phone call and offered a free market appraisal. I was in no rush to sell, however Elie persisted that he was confident in taking on the listing and selling my property. I never doubted this agent.
