In respect to the sale of the Albert Rd lease, Robert drove to Canberra so as I could sign the contract. All of Robert’s senior staff provided me with details as required. Managerial and professional acumen: Robert has his entire practice focused on the sales I needed to achieve. Robert also sort out legal advice as necessary, in order to eliminate impediments to sales. All of the staff that I dealt with knew who I was, and could answer questions immediately. At auction, Robert has his entire staff focused, from contacting prospective bidders, site arrangements, bidder registrations, marketing, to working bidders to achieve results.
