We recently had Adrian sell our apartment, and in the current downward property market, his performance went far beyond our expectations.
In a rising vendor’s market, there are plenty of agents around, and the market itself can do a lot of the work for them. When prices are rising and buyers are competing, even an average agent can sometimes look like a great one simply because the market is doing the heavy lifting.
