Units sales proving popular
Inner west agents continue to post strong results after the Easter break, with one buyer moving just three doors down from his friends, Victoria Craw reports.
Excellent Post-Easter Sales
Strathfield Partners have also recorded excellent sales after the Easter period with 100 per cent clearance rate at auction over the past week.
Highlights include a four bedroom home with council approved dual occupany which sold for $1,100,000 by Norman So, and a modern two-bedroom unit at 16/14-16 Courallie Avenue, Homebush West, which went for $415,000.
In the commercial space, a corner shop at 20-34 Albert Road, Strathfield, sold for $2,241,000 due to its prime position in front of the station.
