Recent property sales at Sydney Olympic Park prove the area is no white elephant, with 30 apartments in the Australia Towers II Complex selling for over $1,000,000 each.
The highest sale price was $1,295,000 – well above Homebush’s median unit price of $443,500, according to RP data.
