High auction numbers are set to continue to test the market through June with more than 560 homes scheduled to go under the hammer this weekend – well ahead of last year’s 424.
Sydney’s inner west will host the most auctions with 112 followed by the upper north shore with 73, the south with 65, the city and east with 63 and the lower north shore with 58.
The most popular suburb for auctions this weekend is Leichhardt in the inner west with 10 followed by St Ives on the upper north shore with nine. There are eight auctions scheduled for Bexley in the south, Georges Hall in Canterbury Bankstown, Annandale in the inner west and Fairfield West in the west.
